Off-Season Gains - Summer Squash Training Clinics at INFINITUM Squash

This summer, build a strong foundation of squash fitness and competition experience at INFINITUM Squash through strength training and matchplay-focused sessions. Led by our coaching and performance training teams under the direction of INFINITUM Squash Director, Nick Taylor, each session will run approximately two hours.

Sport-specific strength training has various benefits: not only does it help player performance in the form of improved speed, stability, power, and endurance, it helps significantly with injury prevention and healthy growth for juniors, particularly important for a high impact, unbalanced sport such as squash. Our strength and conditioning is squash-specific and individually tailored to every participant with program distinctions for junior boys and girls, adults, and masters players.

The matchplay component of the clinics will provide players a wide range of opponents within the group: players will match up against players at levels lower, comparable and higher in both conditioned and unconditioned scenarios, as well as have opportunities to play matches against the INFINITUM Squash pros, including Matt Sidaway, Nick Taylor, and Campbell Grayson.

As with all INFINITUM programming, technical feedback will be provided during the squash component of these sessions, but the focus of these sessions will be on tactical, matchplay, competition, and fitness improvements.

The clinics are open to juniors and adults and organized by level
