On Sunday, November 18 at 1:00 PM, INFINITUM Squash will hold a squash-specific strength and conditioning information session for juniors and adults.
Free and open to the squash community
The event will be conducted by INFINITUM Squash Director, Nick Taylor and INFINITUM Squash strength and conditioning Head, Scott McCartney (NASM, CPT, PES) and will cover INFINITUM Squash's approach to the specific fitness requirements of squash, with discussion of flexibility, mobility, injury prevention and rehab, and overall approach to strength and conditioning.
A major portion of the event will cover the specific challenges that junior players face - with a focus on healthy growth, injury prevention and the different strength and conditioning needs of boys and girls.
The session will also cover adult and masters-level players strength and conditioning specifics with an introduction to proper warm-up, cool down and off-court training.
