Nick Taylor | Director
A world-class player and coach, Nick achieved a career-high ranking of #14 in the world, #3 in England, won 10 PSA titles, is a two-time European champion, and continues to compete, most recently winning the 2016 and 2018 O45 Men's World Squash Masters Championships. Technically minded with a wealth of experience, Nick has coached all levels from beginners to elite juniors and professionals in the U.K. and elsewhere.
Nick's experience as an academy director is exceptional. Before joining INFINITUM Squash, Nick founded his own academy in his hometown, Manchester, later moving to Jersey in the Channel Islands where his programs introduced thousands of children to the game of squash, eventually developing top national-level players.
Nick runs and develops all INFINITUM Squash's programming and is available for private coaching.
Matt Sidaway | Head Pro
Matt comes from the U.K. where he was the number 1 ranked English junior in all age groups, representing the English national junior team for three European Team Championship wins and over 50 caps, globally. Matt was also the number 1 ranked junior in Europe and winner of over sixty English national events, including the British Junior Championship.
Matt is a passionate coach, experienced with all levels of player from beginner juniors and adults to elite juniors and professionals. Prior to joining INFINITUM, Matt was the Lead Coach and Director of the Manchester Squash Academy and Head Coach at the England Squash - Aspire Programme. Furthermore, Matt was coached by Nick Taylor through the entirety of his playing career. His technical and tactical coaching principals and overall teaching philosophy were learnt from Nick, which is fundamentally important to INFINITUM Squash's cohesive coaching approach.
Matt is heavily involved in all INFINITUM Squash programming and available for private lessons.
Chessin Gertler | Founder
A Weston, MA native, Chessin played on the U.S. national junior squash team, reaching a ranking of #1 in the U.S. for BU19. He was a member of the Harvard Men's varsity squash team, which won multiple Ivy League Championships and was a finalist at the Collegiate Squash Team Championships during his tenure.
Chessin's experience as a top-U.S. junior player who has navigated the junior-to-collegiate pipeline serves as the foundation for the design and execution of the INFINITUM Squash junior academy with its holistic approach to developing elite scholar athletes.
INFINITUM Squash's facilities consist of 8 singles squash courts surrounding a performance strength and conditioning space. Members have access to locker rooms and sauna, as well as the club cafe. Membership options include access to the greater complex's fitness resources including pool, 9 tennis courts, turf field, yoga, boxing, fitness floor, physical therapy, chiropractor, salon and spa and indoor golf.
